Manage Branches

This page allows you to create new branches for your organization and manage existing ones.

Create a New Branch

At the top of the page is a form to add a new branch. The fields are:

  • Branch Name
  • Location
  • Phone Number
  • Email

Click the "Add Branch" button to create the new branch.

Existing Branches Table

Below the form is a table of all your existing branches with the following headers:

  • Branch Name
  • Location
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Status (e.g., Active, Inactive)
  • Actions

The Actions column contains a button to manage the branch's status:

  • Deactivate Button:
    • This button will first open a warning modal to confirm the deactivation.
    • Deactivating a branch will prevent all users from selecting it for any daily operations (e.g., sales, stock entries).
    • The branch's Status will change to "Inactive."
  • Activate Button:
    • For a branch that is already "Inactive," the button will change to Activate, allowing you to re-enable it.
