Managing Your Profile
Any user can manage their personal profile settings. This page is accessible from the sidebar menu or by navigating directly to the /profile page.
Profile Information
Your profile page displays key information about your account:
- Email: The email address used to log in (this cannot be changed).
- Role(s): The role or roles you have been assigned (e.g., Admin, Cashier).
- Organization: The organization you belong to.
- Current Branch: The branch you are currently logged into.
Editing Your Details
You can update the following personal information:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
Changing Your Password
The process for changing your password depends on how you created your account:
- Email & Password Users: You can change your password from this page. You will be required to enter your current password before you can set a new one.
- Google Sign-In Users: Your password is managed directly by Google. You cannot change it within Zyrepha.
Deleting Your Account
You can request to permanently delete your account from the profile page.
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you choose to delete your account, you will be requesting all your data to be terminated and deleted from our databases. This process will be completed within 14 working days.
To confirm this action:
- Email & Password Users: You must enter your current password.
- Google Sign-In Users: You will be prompted to reauthenticate using a Google pop-up.
