Transaction History

This page shows a complete history of all your own subscription payment attempts.

Note: For security and privacy, users can only see their own transactions, not all transactions for the company.

Transaction Table

The history is displayed in a table with the following headers:

• Status: The outcome of the payment (e.g., Failed, Reversed, Completed).
• Subscription Name: The plan you were attempting to purchase (e.g., Apex, Boost).
• Amount: The cost of the transaction.
• Date: The date the transaction was attempted.
• Transaction ID: The unique ID for the payment.
• Description: Details about the transaction.
