Detailed Sales Reports

This page provides a more granular, in-depth analysis of your sales performance.

Filtering Your Report​

At the top, you can filter your report by:

  • Start and End Date
  • Sales Rep
  • Branch

Note on Permissions:

  • Admins can filter between different branches or select "All."
  • BranchAdmins and other users are restricted to their assigned branches only.

Summary Cards​

Below the filters, you will see summary cards for the selected period:

  • Gross Sales
  • Total Credit Issued
  • Net Sales
  • Total Items Sold

Charts​

The report includes three main charts:

  1. Daily Sales Trend (Vertical Bar Chart): Shows sales performance over the filtered period.
  2. Sales Comparison by Branch (Vertical Bar Chart): Compares sales totals between branches.
    • Admins can compare all branches.
    • BranchAdmins and other users are limited to their own branch.
  3. Top 10 Selling Products (Horizontal Bar Chart): Shows your best-performing products for the filtered period.
