Financial Reports

This is your main profit and loss report, bringing together all your financial data.

Filtering Your Report​

At the top, you can filter by:

  • Start and End Date
  • Branch

Note on Permissions:

An Admin can filter across multiple branches.

Overall Financial Summary​

This section features several summary cards showing the complete financial picture for the filtered period:

  • Gross Sales
  • Total Credit Issued
  • Net Sales
  • Total Expenses
  • COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)
  • Gross Profit
  • Net Profit

Charts and Graphs​

  • Profit Trend (Line Graph): A line graph showing the "Profit Trend" over time. It includes legends for:
    • Gross Sales
    • Gross Profit
    • Expenses
    • Net Profit
  • Branch Profit Comparison (Bar Graph): A bar graph comparing financial performance between branches. It includes legends for:
    • Gross Sales
    • Gross Profit
    • Expenses
    • Net Profit

Financial Summary by Branch​

Below the graphs is a detailed table breaking down the financial summary by branch. The columns include:

  • Branch
  • Gross Sales
  • Credit Issued
  • Net Sales
  • Expenses
  • COGS
  • Gross Profit
  • Net Profit

Exporting Your Data​

At the bottom, you can Export to PDF or Export to Excel. These reports will be generated based on your selected filters.
