View Sales Transactions

The "View Sales" page displays all your sales transactions in a comprehensive table.

Filtering Your Sales

At the very top of the page, you have a powerful filter section to find specific transactions. You can filter by:

  • Sale ID
  • Customer Name
  • Sales Rep
  • Status:
    • All (Default)
    • Posted
    • Unposted (Drafts)
    • Partially Credited
    • Fully Credited
  • Start and End Dates

Sales Transactions Table

Below the filters, you will see the sales transactions table with the following headers:

  • Sale ID
  • Date
  • Customer
  • Sales Rep
  • Total Items
  • Total Price
  • Status
  • Actions

The "Actions" available depend on the sale's status:

  • For "Unposted" Sales: You will see Edit (to return to the POS screen) and View Details.
  • For All Other Statuses: You will see View Details and Print.

Printing Invoices (A4 vs. Thermal)

When you click the "Print" button, you will be given two options:

  1. Print Receipt (Thermal): This prints the standard receipt, identical to the one from the "New Sale" page (for 58mm/80mm printers).
  2. Print Invoice (Standard A4): This generates a full-page A4 invoice. It contains all the details from the thermal receipt but is styled for professional printing and includes more information:
    • A tax breakdown per item and per category.
    • The eligibility note for any free gifts (e.g., "Why you qualified for this gift").

Exporting Your Sales

Below the table, you will see two export buttons: Export to PDF and Export to Excel.

These buttons will export the sales transactions based on the filters you have selected.

Important Note on Exports:

  • If no filters are selected, the export will only include the sales transactions currently loaded on the page (e.g., the default 10, or 30 if you clicked "Load More").
  • Exporting all transactions at once may be slow, so it's recommended to use the date filters for large exports.

A Note on Pagination:

This page loads transactions in groups of 10. To see more, just click the "Load More" button at the bottom of the table.
