Stock Audit

The "Stock Audit" page is a powerful tool used to correct inconsistencies between your physical stock on the shelves and your inventory records in Zyrepha.

Warning: Sales are Paused During Audit

To avoid errors and ensure an accurate count, all sales are paused for the duration of any stock audit (Partial or Full). The audit must be completed to resume sales.

There are two types of audits you can perform:

1. Partial Audit

This audit is used when you want to correct the quantity of one or a few specific items.

You simply search for the item using its Product Name or Brand Name and then enter the new correct quantity.

2. Full Stock Audit

This is a complete inventory count of your entire shop.

When you start a Full Stock Audit, all inventory quantities in the system are zeroed out. You must then go through your entire physical inventory and re-enter the correct quantities for every product.
