Viewing Stock Entries

The "View Stock Entries" page is where you can review all the deliveries you have logged from the "Stock Entry" page.

Filtering Entries​

At the top of the page, you will find several filters to help you find specific entries:

  • Search by Supplier Name
  • Search by Invoice No.
  • Filter by a Start Date and End Date

Below the filters, all entries are separated into two main categories: Unposted and Posted.

Unposted Stock Entries​

This section lists all your "draft" stock entries.

  • These entries are not final and their items have not been added to your inventory.
  • You can select any unposted entry to edit it or post it.
  • Posting an entry finalizes it and moves it to the "Posted Stock Entries" list.

Posted Stock Entries​

This section lists all finalized stock entries.

  • Items from these entries have been officially added to your product inventory and stock levels.

Important: Posted stock entries cannot be edited once they are posted. If you need to reverse a posted entry (for example, to return items to the supplier), you must create a "Stock Credit."
